Australian feminists and profit-making abortion-providers wasted no time in following President Obama’s lead and demanded the Rudd government include abortion services in Australia’s overseas aid, although no country had requested such funding. So sadly Australian taxpayers’ money is being used to kill unborn babies in developing countries. Catholic countries like E. Timor and the Philippines are especially targeted. The European Union and Australia’s Agency for International Development pressured the Philippines government for passage of the “Reproductive Health Care Bill” at a UNFPA Forum in May this year, the first step to legalising abortion. Alistair MacDonald, EU representative at the Forum, noted that 60 percent of European Union (EU) aid is already channeled to reproductive health programs.

Having decimated their own populations through “reproductive health” programs, the EU is now hell bent on foisting the same demographic winter on the developing world. In the meantime, Hillary Clinton’s rationale for legalising abortion in developing countries is unravelling. In an emotional speech she told a US Foreign Affairs Committee on 22 April: “When I think about the suffering that I have seen of women around the world - I’ve been in hospitals in Brazil where half the women were enthusiastically and joyfully greeting their babies, and the other half were fighting for their lives against botched abortions.” However, when the National Catholic Register asked for the names of these hospitals, Hillary’s staff declined to substantiate the claim. It sounds much like her dramatic claim that she came under sniper fire in some airport in the Balkans, but when asked when and where, her staff conceded she “misspoke”.
